On my bill I see that I have a data Top-Up coming up every month for $20 and it's for an extra 1.5 data I have called and asked them to take that off cuz I don't need a data top up every month he told me I could do it from my end but I asked him to do it for me he said it was done but it's still charging me on my bell. how do I do it from my end?
