@Jey2 If you do not have an agreement and your plan has been active for more than a month you can have your account put on a temporary suspension and its $7 a month for a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 4 months.

 

You can contact customer service to have it activated if you are eligible or a moderator here can help you.
