I want to know how can I ask for a cheque with the credit that was left over after the cancellation of my account.
There is no option on the call center and the messanger support is not answering me. Thank you!

If there's a credit balance on your final bill, it will automatically be refunded by cheque and mailed to the address we have on file within 3 weeks of you receiving your final bill.
