How to disable talk and text on a data sim?

Hey guys,

So I got a data flex plan for my Android device, and obviously I don't want to use SMS or voice through the SIM card. However, I've been getting calls from an unknown number, presumably either spam or someone trying to contact the previous owner of this number. Besides turning off the ringtone, how can I disable incoming calls, and, preferably, also disable outgoing calls and SMS while keeping data active?
