I can't remember my pin and then I followed these steps (Fido.ca > My account > Services > Mobile > Update Voicemail Password) but the update voicemail password doesn't appear.

I'm not sure why the option does not show in your My Account. However, in the meantime, have you tried to change your voice messaging PIN using the self-serve menu?
