How to add prepaid data add on

On https://www.fido.ca/consumer/fido/prepaidplans/addons, it says "If you would like to add a Data Add-on, it's quick and easy," and to just "Sign in to My Account on fido.ca," but I don't see any option or link to add add-on in my account. The online chat support just kept saying they are not familiar with prepaid services and offered no help.

So where exactly on the my account page can i add add-on?

Are you using a prepaid or postpaid account? 

Can you also let me know whether you already have a data add-on or data included in your plan?

I'm using a prepaid account trying to add a prepaid data add-on. I don't currently have data plan, and I'd like to use my existing account balance towards the add-on.

I double checked and it's not possible to add a data add-on through My Account at this time.
