How to add my daughter as an authorized user on my account

My daughter's number is linked to my account, but I would like to give her authorization to my account so she is free to renew her contract in-store without me being present. How would I go about doing that?

Hi Td123!

 

The fastest way to add her would be by going through the Live Chat service on Fido.ca. You can find the link to this in the Contact us section of the site.

 

 In order to do a renewal, she will have to be added as an authorized user Level 1. 

 

Keep in mind that she will need to have 2 pieces of ID with picture to do any renewals and she will not be able to pick up a phone that was reserved through the reservation system. 

 

To make things simpler this time I will send you a private message  to add her to the account.
