How-to: Device upgrade & Plan Change on Fido.ca

Trying to change my price plan from $30 to $70, Im entering my credit info on website and it says a vague error message. Called support to only get told my number was unable to be found, at this.point I'm very annoyed I've been trying to do this for a week

Can you give us more details about the vague error message you're receiving?

Our website was in a maintenance around midnight, you might have been impacted by that. Can you try again to update your plan? If it doesn't work let us know here and we'll send you a PM to complete the change.
