How to Change plan online to10GB for $60/mo promotion Fail
Dear Fido, It has been 3 days of frustration attempting to reach you. I have brought my phone over and have no contract and have been a fido customer for years. I understand you are overwhelmed but why is the onlince choice for 10gb plan at 60$ not available online. Attached is the screen shot of the choices made available online. This is very dissapointing. What happens if I dont reach anyone and this plan expires? Will I be punished by having to pay extra 20$ plus taxes a month because I chose to be loyal to fido and not switch to any of the other major providors offering the same plan?
