I would like to cancel Spotify Premium 2 years plan which will be end on 6th of July, 2017.
I have followed the steps that I was given from fido staff for cancelling Spotify Premium Service at www.fidohub.ca But there is no option to cancel it.

So I put my Fido contact on hold while I leave Canada for the months. I was told it wouldn't go into effect until spotify was cancelled. I have tried to cancel through Fidohub on Wi-Fi and network. Entered my code once and nothing happened, no option to cancel. I bored a flight soon and need to cancel asap! Beyond frustrated and annoyed with Fido.....please help!

Because you have the old 2 years Spotify premium it will be cancel automatically at the end of the 2 years promotion period, you do not need to do anything.
Same here. My 2 year subscription is ending in a few days. I have tried going all over fido.ca and fidohub.ca on my MacBook and my iPhone. There are no cancel buttons anywhere. I need to close this account and get a family plan or I'll just get Apple Music instead; it is way easier to set up.
I've been trying to cancel it for almost a year, and still paying. Nothing works. Tried everything. Please cancel my subscription and al least return my money since the first time I talked to Fido to do so.
