My phone screen was recently broken, the screen won’t turn on. I pay for the device Protection, will this cover it and how do I go about getting it replaced?

As of Feb 1 2018 Fido expands the protection on devices via a new supplier. Find out all details on here Device protection
Try not to use the phone at all and I suggest you don't delay to contact Fido.

Scooby-Doo is correct that as of February 1st our Device Protection plan will come with some great new features, such as, your first screen break repair at no cost (as long as there is no other damage to your device). Just keep in mind that any service requests must be made within 30 days of incident.
