How do I get through to a real person?

I am having a problem with my fido service. Call forewarding is not working.

When I call 611, I get the automated voicemail 12 levels of hell.

I can't even get through to accounts payable any more. That used to be the only way to get through to customer service.

Now that doesn't even work.

I guess my problem is that I have paid my bill.

How long to I have to go without paying before someone from Fido calls me?

Was this the plan all along when Rogers bought Fido - to reduce customer service until Fido customers feel as Rogered as Rogers customers.

When you are called because your bill is late, its not customer service calling its the credit operations department and they can't deal with any other issues other then when you're making your payment.  When calling *611 just keep pressing 0, that will route you to someone that can assist you.

Uh. nothing happens when you push 0 you just interpret that voice for a second and she starts over.

option 1 then option 3 then option 1.... Its not that bad, just choose options that only real people can do.. For example the path I gave you is for a bill explaination...

Heres some tips and tricks hope this helps !

 

If you would like to know your balance / make a payment call : *28

If you would like to make a payment arrangement or speak with accounts recieveable call: *732

If you would like to talk to customer service directly you can always use the chat or write a email

*Note they can not do all types of transactions
