I am having a problem with my fido service. Call forewarding is not working.
When I call 611, I get the automated voicemail 12 levels of hell.
I can't even get through to accounts payable any more. That used to be the only way to get through to customer service.
Now that doesn't even work.
I guess my problem is that I have paid my bill.
How long to I have to go without paying before someone from Fido calls me?
Was this the plan all along when Rogers bought Fido - to reduce customer service until Fido customers feel as Rogered as Rogers customers.

Have you tried contacting Fido Live Chat where a representative will be able to help you out?
You can reach them on fido.ca through the my account section.
When you are called because your bill is late, its not customer service calling its the credit operations department and they can't deal with any other issues other then when you're making your payment. When calling *611 just keep pressing 0, that will route you to someone that can assist you.
