I'm trying to change my plan (to a higher one), but it's only giving me 3 options. None of which are the one I am trying to change it to. Does anyone know how to do this online? (Since clearly getting through on phones/social media is impossible right now).

@Shwans yes it will automatically be added by Fido, it can take up to 2-3 billing cycles for it to be added but it will be added.

You need to click on the two arrows to scroll through the plans.
This option of $60 for 5GB Pulse Plan does not appear as an option at all (BC Page). I have have scrolled through ALL the Plan options both left and right arrow. Please fix this.

Same here! This is my third day trying to change my plan..
I scroll and scroll and I still don't see it. Am I missing something? I'm not on contract and am a Fido customer since 1999. Thanks for any help you can provide.

there plan IS there. click the arrow to go "backward" not forward. silly, i know.
when u are on the page ot select price plans, click the arrow to go back, and continue scrolling untill you see the $60 5gb plan. keep in mind that the additional 5gb will not be immediately be added to your account. it will take a few billing cycles, according to Fido.

And every time I go to "Go get it" the plan, it prompts me to log-in again and the cycle continues.
