Really tired of this broken website and phone system. How do I actually change from one prepaid plan to another? There no longer seems to be an option on the website, although even when there was, it had been broken for months. Dialing 611 or trying to contact fido in any way from my phone gives me a recorded option to refill my account, but nothing regarding changing plans or the like (again, a few months ago you could easily do this). What the hell is going on, fido?

You should be able to make the changes through My Account, can you please us what happens when you try to change your plan so we can help ?
