How come new customers get better plan deals than long-time customers??
I've been with Fido for a long, long time now and called to get switch to the promotional $60 10 GB plan. I was told it's only for new customers. The plan that would work with my existing contract (which ends in October) would be $85, so $15 more than a brand new customer. Why is that? If new customers are being treated better than loyal ones that have been with Fido for years on end, I will be leaving Fido when my contract ends to be a new customer elsewhere.
