The Retailer insists the phone should be free, was told it was free, has proof but Fido says no and now i am on the hook for the $200. Can't return the phone to the retailer because it is after the return policy date of 15 days. Both parties are refusing to pay the $200 and now i am getting hassled for the money i supposedly owe. This has turned into a nightmare and i would really like to just cancel everything but i am stuck with a phone i don't want to pay for that should be free. Help..
Hey @AK12 and welcome to the Community.
When the phone is out the satisfaction warranty, you can't return it to the store.
At the same time, we would hate to see you go.
I'm sending you a PM to get this looked into.
Talk to you soon.
