How Fido treats the customers?

  1. I called today 18884813436 because i am customer with fido for more than two years and i called if fido can match which bell is offering me but it was higher than what bell was offering. So i told can you please transfer to loyalty department or retention department but she said we don't have any of them, what i said is final.
  2. She told me you can talk to my senior but they also cannot do nothing.
  3. I have just have one question, is it real that fido don't have loyalty department for their loyal customers?

I'm sad to hear that we couldn't find a better offer for you. I certainly understand why you feel down due to that.


Just to clarify, we don't have a loyalty/retention department per say, as all our frontline employees can assist with those requests.
