There was a Best Buy promotion: Get a Free LG GPad III + 50$ gift card with 2 years contract on Fido Tablet Plan (15$/3GB ), 24-26 March

On March 26, I went to Best Buy on 12048 80th Ave Surrey to get this promotion for a free tablet. The day after I signed the contract, I realized that the Best Buy salesperson made a mistake in the contract and sign me up for financing the tablet instead of the free tablet promotion and I went back to the store to fix the contract. But the salesperson assured me that the contract was correct. Unfortunately, I now have to pay $10 each month for financing the tablet instead of getting the tablet for free.

 

I have been going back weekly to the shop trying to resolve the issue. But they have not been able to fix my contract to get the free tablet promotion. This is Best Buy's mistake, but they said it is out of their hands now. What are my options?

@helenliu100 The promo was from BestBuy so Fido can not honor that. Did you speak to a manager at the BestBuy store? Try contacting BestBuy customer service and have the issue escalated.
