call after 20 min to hour i told her you close at 9 pm in Calgary time she Said No We Dont i told her i called yesterday by 9 you were close she said no i said im honest she said we open to 12 mid night i said ok i will call i called at 9:10 pm the answer machine said you are close fido you start to be ridiculous thank you i have everything recorded and i told her i'm recording the phone call

I'm really sorry for the misinformation. Our customer service by phone is open from 8AM to 9PM Monday to Friday and 9AM to 5PM on Saturday and Sunday.

10:34 same response, I'm guessing Fido's super duper system cannot identify from where the call comes from and is going to a PST time office because my number starts with 778.

Now I wonder, if I call to 911, the call will go to BC instead of where I am?

Don't worry @Rdo, when calling 911 from your wireless device, the call is forwarded to local police based on your physical location.
