My husband and I just switched from Telus to Fido because they had a good promotion, and so far it was the biggest mistake ever! My husband cannot get any reception in the building he works or receive or make calls, and texts only work half the time. When we had Telus, we never ever had any issues. So frustrated with this company! Anyone else experiencing the same thing in Ottawa? Thinking I might switch companies yet again

Are you using a non Fido phone?
If so, make sure that the network settings are set up correctly.
