Hoping for a refund for a returned accessory

Hi, I purchased a Sony Smartband from the Fido online shop a month ago, and had an allergic reaction to the rubber whenever I wore it. I mailed it back, using the return sticker that came with it, 2 weeks after picking it up from the UPS store it was shipped to, and have yet to be credited the $56 back to my credit card, or to my Fido billing. Please tell me if I can expect a refund anytime soon, or if I have to eat the loss of both the money and the item, which should have arrived back to the Fido warehouse more than a week ago.

Refunds for equipment purchased on Fido.ca are usually automatic. I'll need more details on the order to be able to track it and find out what's going on.
