-Boneless chicken thighs (amount depends on crowd)
-1 tsp garlic paste per thigh (use less if you prefer)
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1 tsp lemon juice per thigh
-Your favorite Honey-Garlic Sauce
Cut thighs into bite sized pieces and marinate in garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
You could go on to the next step right away but its better if you let it marinate for a few hours in the fridge.
Preheat oil on high.
Coat the chicken in flour and fry on high heat until golden brown.
Remove from oil into a big bowl for mixing.
Once all the chicken is fried, pour in the Honey-Garlic Sauce. Use more if you like it extra saucy or less if you don't.
I prefer to use thighs because you get the same taste with less of a mess when eating .
