Home phone device not working

My home phone device is not working since Apr 19, 2016. I got the device in March 2016...

The lights that are on: power (green) battery (Green) signal (Red).

Not working after rebooting, reinstall SIM, move to different locations. I called and the rep told me a new unit needs to be replaced and I need to pay for it...

Any warranty repair / reset so that I do not need to replace the phone? The rep suspect it is an error due to recent phone software update and he cannot fix it...

Can you give us a little more detail on the issue you're experiencing. What isn't working exactly? No calls can be made whatsover? Can you receive calls?

Hi Christina,

No calls can be made - in / out. When dialing in, it goes to voicemail immidiately.
