Home phone cost

Why did the home phone go up to $15/  I understood it would remain at $10 indefinitely.

As @KAPABLE-K mentionned, there was an increase of $3 which we notified you about on your March or April invoice! Did you take a look at the bill ?

@Mcconne11 I'm not sure how you came to that understanding but prices can change at anytime.

Everyone that got it for $10 had a $3 increase.
