so few days back after fido website failed to inform me of any over use charges . Happened twice. I sign up for notification ..nothing gets sent. I cant access my usage it keeps going to fido.ca and "checking availability"
anyway signed up for upgrade to unlimited (was on 300gb) .
On the day of the bill cycle at 12 am exactly my internet stopped working.
router is on and all lights up.
So I called Fido reps. Sunday they said it will take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve. Monday they had no idea I called. Set up a case. Said it will take a while and I should check up later. So Tuesday I call and after like 4 transfers and 3 agents: Tech department says its not their issue .. the customer service should cancel. I talk to customer service rep and its a tech issue. I finally got in touch with one fido rep who was kind enough to work on solving the isssue. I will see tomorrow.
I am exhausted from waiting on the line and being transferred back and forth. Also I lost faith in their ability to solve issues with their website.
So I know others have had this too. My question is how long will it take?
