Home Phone monthly fee increase?

Am a current subscriber since Jan 2015

$3.00 price increase $15.00 > $18.00, went into effect May 9th, 2016.

Please advise when a notice was sent to me prior to this increase.

I can't find any email received or hard copy mail received regarding this increase.

It was actually posted in the Fido bulletin board on your March online invoice which no one reads. The only way I found out myself was because someone posted it here.
