Hi Fido

Any chance that fido revamp the long distance packs?

For example add a 10 dollar pack to europe with 500 like telus has for their wireless home phone...

Also i noticed on the fido page that u guys got a new device.whats the difference between the new one and wf721

No news on the long distance option but keep an eye on our website for any updates to our services. 

For the home phone model, we're still offering the WF721 version. Where do you see that we have a new device?

Weird on my side it shows a new one with two antennas and the model is wf723e
