I am an existing customer who wants to take advantage of the 10G for $60 offer. Finally got through to the live chat talking to Cynthia DAwn at 7:30 this evening. She gave me the deal and I was going to buy out my phone. Just when she asked me if I agreed to this change, my text box disappeared making it impossible for me to respond yes. Haven't been able to get a link again to live chat. Seems like this was done on purpose. I am angry and disappointed. Long time Fido user. Guess loyalty doesn't count for anything??!!
