so I received Fido bill via email last march 22, and I paid my bill on April 4 using debit, so I was confident that I was already paid.
then today I was browsing my account and I saw, I was not paid, and it was already late, because the due date was on the 9th of this month. so I paid again the same amount. $110.18, it was both deducted on my account. please kindly check what happened. and give me a solution, thanks
