Hi, I'm trying to upgrade and use my Fido Dollars and can't get through to the call center. Even today the wait was over an hour, can anyone help me please?
The Fido dollars can only be applied to the phone bill now. Furthermore, they can not be redeemed on-line. They can only be redeemed in person (Note: Need to pay $25.00 transaction fee) or redeemed via phone at call center.
Thanks, I still can't get throught to the call center, 40-60 min wait currently!
It's making me think twice, what if I have an actual issue with my service after sigining a contract, I may not be able to get it resolved!
