Help with plan change

Hi,

I just found out that the FidoDollars are expiring very soon. Therefore, I'm looking to use my FidoDollars towards an iPhone 6s.

My current plan is a 35$ Loyalty Monthly plan+ 30$ 6gb Data + 8$ VM/Caller ID

I was wondering if that was considered a Max Plan in order to pay the subsidized price.

If not, what kind of Max Plan does Fido currently offer? (6gb of data is very important)

Thank you!

Hey kool123!

Welcome to the Community!

Your current plan would be considered a Smart plan.

You can check out all our Max plans right here.  You'll need to scroll down, they're near the bottom of the page. Smiley

We now have plans with up to 10 GB of data per month!

Thank you!

The 80$ Max Plan with 6 gb data and Unlimited minutes and messaging sounds good.

How can I make the change? I tried online but this service does not seem to work.

Thanks in advance for you help
