I recently went to a Fido store and waited three hours to get nothing resolved. I am interested in the new phone plan that you have offered ending today. I left my newborn baby to stand in line and get nothing resolved. I really do hope you honour this promotion prior to date of expiry and if I cannot receive this plan unfortunately I will be switching providers thank you
