I wanted to add long distance and texting while on vacation but unable to make contact with a support person. to discuss options I give up.

I can help   Did you try to Text TRAVEL to 7626 (free text) and click the link.

That should give you access to the travel pack you want.

I can also help by adding the travel pack for you, let me know
