I currently use the FIDO PULSE PROMO PLUS 25 PLAN and I have used up my 2GB for the month and my next cycle doesn't start till the 13th of January. I am currently traveling in South Africa so I need GB, it says I'm not able to buy add ons till my next billing cycle and I'm not able to call customer service for some reason as it says my account has been suspended? I am very confused and frustrated, I need GB as I am traveling and I can not even get in touch with customer service! If I cannot buy an add on how much does it cost to exceed my data usage? I am desperate!
