I cant get through to anyone to upgrade my plan before my minutes run out and I refuse to pay any overage charges on that basis.. I want to upgrade to unlimited talk I dont care how much it costs becuse itll still be cheaper than whatever ridiculous charge Ill be getting for going 5 minutes over my 500 minute cap
