Hardware Shipping Issue

I ordered a Hardware Upgrade with Fido, and they gave an incomplete address to UPS and it is stuck at the UPS shipping depot. Fido needs to update the address with UPS. I have tried several times to get this resolved and have had no help. The agents in live chat keep disconnecting when I tell them about my problem.
