Hi,

I’ve been trying to get hold if *611 so that I can unlock my phone. Not going to hide it, I am going to jump ship to go to a competitor for this 10bgb plan. I tried twice to get a 10gb plan and was given the rn around on the phone previously. Can going on CS chat do this the unlock for me
