After 2 hours waiting on the phone, the Fido rep "Jackie" fixed the missing 5 GB data and said it will apply on the next billing cycle. I got the plan after hours of clicking check out on the online cart yesterday.
For anyone still waiting to see the extra 5 GB on their account, rest assured it will show up on your next billing cycle. If you still want to change your plan to the $60/month for 10 GB you may still do it over the phone and live chat. Will take a couple hours to get through but once you do you will get the plan no problem.
