Got a new fido pulse plan on my account but can't get spotify premium?

I recently added another line to my account. It is a pulse plan but fido and spotify wont link. The line does not have spotify premium. I have tried literally everything to get this working. I've uninstalled the app, went through fido hub on the phone, nothing works. Spotify and Fido customer service have been unable to assist so far. Any sugestions?

Same problem here for one of my cell phones in my account. One phone is premium but the other one can't get premium account.

Hello! I have the same problem with my Spotify premium! I'be tried everything and doesn't work! Went to a Fido store and they told me to contact the Spotify people because they could not solve that! I talk to to the Spotify people and they send me with you all over again guys!

I'd need a few more details to figure out what's going on.

 

Does the Spotify app work at all? Also, when you went on fidohub.ca, were you connected to WiFi, or to your cellular data?

 

Any information on how the registration was done will be helpful.

FidoMaria, the spotify app works just fine. No installation problems. The problem comes when I log into spotify. It does not give me a premium subscription as it did on my primary line. It simply logs in and I have a free account. Clicking go premium brings me to the credit card payment page. I downloaded spotify through fidohub, getting the code and all that. I have tried everything including downloading spotify over data.
