Since the revamped fido.ca was on line, I cannot log in with google chrome. The login pop-up does not apear.

It works fine with MS edge.

Yes Fido website does not play nice with chrome so you might want to use a diffrent browser or you can try clearing the cache for chrome and see if that helps.

When I try to login using Chrome, the login window doesn't appear so I am unable to login, it works in the Microsoft Edge browser. I am using Chrome Version 48.0.2564.116 m (64-bit) on Windows 10 Home.

I'm not exactly sure how a professional website from a company such as Fido wouldn't "play nice with chrome", didn't anyone test this before releasing it? This issue seems to have existed for at least a month now and still isn't resolved. Considering Chrome has the largest market share of browsers (on computers, tablets, phones, etc), this issue needs to be resolved, clearing browser caches is not going to fix this problem.

Having worked in IT for over 20 years, it boggles my mind that an issue like this hasn't been resolved in OVER A YEAR!...saying "Fido website does not play nice with chrome so you might want to use a diffrent browser" is pathetic.

You might want to consider firing whoever is programming your website and hiring someone who at least tests the basic functionality in the most popular browser (hint it's Chrome).

Totally get your concerns @CDignard. I assure you we're working on it to get this fixed as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

Hey CDignard!

Thanks for the feedback, we are aware of some bugs on our website and we are working on resolving them.

By any chance did you try to disable any pop-up blocker extension that you might have?

Adding our website to your ''allowed'' list for pop-ups might also help.

Let me know if that works for you!

I'm having this problem, too, but with Firefox 45.0.2.  I've disabled pop-ups for http://www.fido.ca/ and https://www.fido.ca/ as well as disabled Adblock Plus for the entire fido.ca website.  Still doesn't work -- the pop-up for the username/password doesn't appear.  It works in IE, however.
