As of recently I've only been getting 4G, no LTE. I checked the topic, and seems like the SVN has to be adjusted as I understood from previous posts.
How do I get that fixed?
Would that delete/reset data on my phone?
What possibly caused it to change/stop working?

It is true that some devices needed to be updated to the newest operating software or else they would lose LTE functionality. If I understood correctly, it was due to the necessity of including 911 calling.
To fix the issue, you would simply have to update your phone's operating software to Fido's most recent version. Unfortunately, OS updates will cause a factory reset of your phone resulting in the deleting any data on the device.

Thank you for your response. I called Fido and they instructed me to reset the network on my phone and that worked. I'm getting LTE now.
