I have opted out of fido to some other network provider. I have made an extra payment towards my current bill by mistake. How will the extra amount come back to me?

If you over paid on a cancelled account, it'll automatically be refunded by cheque approximately 30 days from your final billing date. If your payment is less than $10, we'll need to send a refund request.
Let us know if the balance is less than $10!
