Galaxy S6 Pre Order Status

Has anyone's status change to IN PROGRESS yet?

 

I am #9 in line for 64GB Black and mine is still open as of this morning.  I see ROGERS is already starting to ship their orders and yet we have 0 communication from Fido... Speechless

i already called my local store and they said they dont have the stocks for samsung s6 edge . i think i am just wasting my time in fido. ill try another carrier and cancel my account on fido . since they dont do anything to solve this issue.

We certainly don't want you to leave. We are doing the best we can to get everyone their phones, and shipping them out as soon as we get them in stock.

All the responses form Fido moderators have been useless.

Stop telling people not to leave Fido. You should've expected this much earlier.

Its almost like Fido heard me.

 

Received a call today from them, saying that the phone I had ordered and was told was in stock on May 6th, is in fact back-ordered and wil be "about 2-3 weeks".  I was then told that if I wanted to order a different phone, I could.

 

Me: so if I order from you, I get a phone? Because last week I ordered when there was stock and now there is no stock and I don't have a phone

 

Fido:  if you were to order from me, it is possible that there may not be stock, yes.

 

Me:  ...so why would I order a different phone from you, then?

 

Fido:  ...

 

I was then told I could try to locate a phone at a store.   So, I got that going for me.

They have phones but it's only for new customers

S3asfour have you received your phone yet? I moved down a couple spots so I was wondering if people on the reservation list have finally started getting phones or if it's just cancellations
