Full price S7 still waiting on unlock code

I purchased a Galaxy S7 at full price, no commitment on launch day.  I called into Fido yesterday to unlock my S7, the rep said the "IMEI can't be found in the database" and he has to escalate it - they will text me etc.  It's over 24 hours later, still nothing.  This is crazy, I paid full price, no subsidies on the account, MTM forever and yet Fido isn't unlocking my device!

If you purchased the phone at full price, we're definitely going to be unlocking it for you. It's rare that we get errors when processing an unlocking and in these cases, a ticket is escalated so it can be treated. I'll be able to check out the ticket for you and see what's going on Smiley
