Freezing Fido account while abroad

I would like to freeze my account while i am abroad,. Last time i called Fido they told me it is possible and i could call from the airport to do So.
As i was leaving 5:30am the service line wasn't open And Now i am away And i can't call Fido.
Is there any way how to freeze the account via email or could i authorize somebody to do it in my name?
