I have been trying to contact the Fraud department since yesterday and I've also left a voicemail. I haven't received any response yet and I need to speak to someone immediately in regards to my account.
I spoke to someone else from Fido and they insist that I need to call the Fraud department because they can't do anything about my account.
I am very frustrated and if someone can please get back to me as soon as possible.
