Hi,

I've been trying to contact the Fraud Department for the 72+hrs now.

Can someone please give me the general line phone number so I can speak with them about my account?

I've called dozens of times, left 3 voicemails with details.

It appears someone has changed my plans, my primary email, my Pin. I want to get this resolved before the next billing cycle. Also since the plan is more expensive and covers less minutes and data, I am going to be incurring overages.

The main issue is that is has almost been 4 days since I've filled this and there has been zero correspondence.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. It's unfortunate what happened and our Fraud team wants to fully investigate to make sure your account is in the right hands. For that reason, it can take up to 72 hours for them to get back to you.
