Hello I have recently logged into my account to find an almost $1500 dollars owed for a new phone I did not purchase, my email and home phone number were also changed without me being notified at all.

 

I did not recieve any information regarding changes to my plan or account so someone has hacked my account and sent a new phone to an alternate address. I dont know what to do, I have changed the email and home number and my password (I took a photo of what they changed it to), But dont know what to do about the charge.
