HI, my phone plan is $35/month. I do remember I pay about $100 for my prepare phone card, then I changed it to $35 plan. I think I missed oct phone bill, becase I payed $76 this month(My payment day is 20th). So it means I pay the bill deferred for one month and 4 days? I'm a international student, and I don't want to get a bad personal credit. Can I explan it to Fido company? I even don't have a credit card now.

We always bill one month ahead. This means that you receive the bill at the start of your billing cycle and the due date is towards the end of the billing cycle.
If you missed 1 payment, the amount will be added to the next invoice.
If you want to avoid forgetting a payment, you can always subscribe to preauthorized payment
