To whom it may concern:
I recently was promised certain things with my new contract at Fido. I just received my bill and am confused and frankly, very disappointed.
Please have the same person call me on my main line so that we can clear up the errors from Fido's end. It is very important because I have already wasted hours and hours of my time dealing with this. Now this is going to suck up even more of my time.
I must be honest, I am very disappointed with this whole process.
